Method
- Prepare the Dough:
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Make the Filling:
- In another bowl, combine ground meat, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the Dumplings:
- Roll the dough into thin circles. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center, fold, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Cook the Dumplings:
- Boiled: Cook in boiling water for 5–6 minutes until they float.
- Steamed: Steam for 10–12 minutes.
- Pan-Fried: Fry until golden, then add a little water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar dipping sauce.
