Method
- Cut the the chicken in slice and fry it for 1min in oil.
- Stir-Fry Chicken: Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook until it turns white.
- Add Vegetables: Add onions, green chilies, carrots, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes until veggies are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Season: Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Combine: Add boiled noodles to the wok. Toss gently until noodles are well-coated with the sauces and veggies.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander or spring onions. Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup!
