Delicious homemade dumplings filled with savory meat and vegetables, perfectly enhanced with rich oyster sauce flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • For the Dumpling Dough:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • For the Filling:
  • 200 g ground chicken or pork
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce new product!
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Dough:
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Make the Filling:
  4. In another bowl, combine ground meat, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Shape the Dumplings:
  6. Roll the dough into thin circles. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center, fold, and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Cook the Dumplings:
  8. Boiled: Cook in boiling water for 5–6 minutes until they float.
  9. Steamed: Steam for 10–12 minutes.
  10. Pan-Fried: Fry until golden, then add a little water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve:
  12. Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar dipping sauce.
