Chicken ChowMein

Ingredients
  

1 pack Forzan Egg Noodles
250g boneless chicken, thinly sliced
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, julienned
1 capsicum, thinly sliced
2–3 green chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)
1 small onion, sliced
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. Cut the the chicken in slice and fry it for 1min in oil.
  2. Stir-Fry Chicken: Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook until it turns white.
  3. Add Vegetables: Add onions, green chilies, carrots, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes until veggies are slightly tender but still crisp.
  4. Season: Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Combine: Add boiled noodles to the wok. Toss gently until noodles are well-coated with the sauces and veggies.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander or spring onions. Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup!
